Rental Agreement

Caivama is a secured property. Only residents and paid guests have access to it. Therefore, there is a registration process in our Boarding Pass where you will provide the full names of each person in your traveling party. It is a one-line form and you will separate each full name with a comma before providing the next name. Since only registered guests are allowed on property, no outsiders will be admitted. Therefore, no paying guest may bring a non registered person onto the premises. Rooftop pool hours are 8am-10pm Bar Muma Hours (rooftop) are 12pm-10pm Wifi information for Bar Muma and rooftop The Rooftop is for adults only (18 years and older). Pool Rules Apply to Rooftop & Family Pools: • Please only use the towels we provide in the pool area • Always use a towel on public outdoor furniture • No glass allowed in pool area - do not bring bottles or glassware • No speakers or music allowed • Running and diving are not allowed • When in the pool, no food or drink is allowed • No inflatables or toys are allowed • Use of the pool while intoxicated will not be tolerated • Pets are not allowed • Smoking and/or Vaping is not allowed • During electrical storms (lightning) the pool will close - do not remain at the pool for safety
