Rental Agreement

Visitors: For the safety and security of all our guests we do not allow visitors/non-registered guests on the property. The Entrance Gate: For the safety and security of all our guests, the front gate must closed and locked at all times. Please double check that you have locked the gate behind you when entering and exiting the property. We aim to be vigilant with our security levels at and we need your active participation for success with this highly important priority. Parking: Parking is not available. A/C, Fans and Electricity: Please help us to conserve energy. When leaving your rooms we ask that you turn off fans, lights and air conditioning. We are a Non-Smoking Property; Please smoke off and away from the property. Illegal Substances: Any use of illegal substances is absolutely prohibited. We strictly enforce this policy at all times. Pool: In consideration of other guests, keep noise levels to a minimum in the pool area. Please respect the Pool Rules that are posted in the pool area.
