## About
Selva turns toward the tropical hillside rather than the coast, surrounding its private terrace and plunge pool with dense greenery. The open living area extends outside, while separated bedrooms give couples, friends, or a small family room to retreat. The property accommodates four guests in King and Double bedrooms, with two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer combo, plus Caivama's shared amenities.

Selva offers a different perspective on Sayulita. Rather than opening across the coastline, the property turns toward the tropical hillside, with dense greenery creating a close connection to the landscape.

The open living area extends onto a private terrace where outdoor seating and a plunge pool sit beneath the canopy. It is a place for coffee outside, a break after the beach, or time in the water before heading into town.

Inside, the kitchen, dining area, and living room share an open layout. The two bedrooms are separated from one another and from the main gathering space, providing privacy for couples, friends, or a small family.

Selva accommodates up to four guests:

Primary bedroom: King bed and ensuite full bathroom
Second bedroom: Double bed
Second full bathroom: Not ensuite

The property also includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer/dryer combo.

Across Caivama, shared amenities include rooftop infinity pools and lounge areas, a family pool, hot tub, fitness center, yoga space, coworking lounge, hammock area, and social spaces. Rooftop amenities are reserved for guests and residents age 18 and older; families have access to the family pool.

## Neighborhood
Sayulita brings together surf culture, colorful streets, local artisans, restaurants, cafes, and an active town center. Spend time along the beach, explore the shops and galleries, take a surf lesson, or discover the food and creative community that shape the town.

Caivama's hillside setting offers a different perspective on Sayulita. It remains within walking distance of the beach and town while sitting above the busiest streets.

Beyond Sayulita, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching.

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.

Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.

For airport transportation or exploring the Riviera Nayarit, your Arrival Getaways Boarding Pass includes our Transportation Guidebook with recommendations for airport transfers, taxis, rental cars, golf-cart rentals, and local transportation.
